Step 1: Access Completed Appointments Screen​

  1. For Users:

    • Launch the Middleman App.
    • Navigate to the My Appointments section.
    • Tap on the Completed Appointments tab to view all your completed appointments.
  2. For Professionals:

    • Launch the Middleman App.
    • Navigate to the Completed Appointments section.
    • Here, you will see a list of all completed appointments with users.

Step 2: View Appointment Information​

Upon accessing the Completed Appointments list, each completed appointment will display the following key information:

  1. Professional’s Image:

    • A clear image or avatar of the professional, allowing you to easily identify the professional who handled the appointment.
  2. Professional Profile:

    • Name: The full name of the professional (e.g., Dr. Sarah Johnson).
    • License Number: The professional's license or certification number (e.g., License No: 12345678).
    • Languages Spoken: The languages the professional is fluent in (e.g., English, Spanish).
    • Experience Level: The professional's experience level, which could be Expert, Intermediate, or Beginner.
    • Rating & Review Count: An average rating (e.g., 4.7/5) and the total number of reviews the professional has received (e.g., 35 Reviews).
    • Short Description: A brief description about the professional, including their areas of expertise and qualifications (e.g., Specializes in family medicine with over 10 years of experience in primary healthcare).
  3. Appointment Information:

    • Date & Time: The completed date and time of the appointment (e.g., March 25, 2025 - 2:00 PM).
    • Location: The appointment’s location (e.g., 123 Main Street, Suite 101 for in-person appointments or a link for virtual appointments).
    • Duration: The duration of the completed appointment (e.g., 1 hour).
    • Special Instructions: Any special instructions or notes that were part of the appointment (e.g., Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in).

Step 3: Available Actions for Completed Appointments​

Below the appointment details, you will see the following action buttons depending on whether you are a user or a professional:

For Users:​

  1. Save Professional as Favorite:

    • Action: Tap the Save Professional as Favorite button if you want to keep the professional in your favorites list for future appointments.
    • Process: The professional will be saved to your Favorites list, and you can easily book them again in the future.
  2. Submit Feedback for Professional:

    • Action: Tap the Submit Feedback button if you want to provide a review or feedback for the professional after your completed appointment.
    • Process: You will be prompted to rate the professional and provide a written review. After submitting, your feedback will be shared with the professional and will help others make informed decisions.

For Professionals:​

  1. Request Feedback:
    • Action: Tap the Request Feedback button if you wish to request feedback from the user about their experience.
    • Process: When clicked, the user will be notified that the professional is requesting feedback. If the user chooses to leave feedback, they will be prompted to rate the professional and submit a review.
    • Note: This button is only available for professionals and only after the appointment has been completed.
