Step 1: Access Completed Appointments Screenβ

- Launch the Middleman App.
- Navigate to the
My Appointments
section. - Tap on the Completed Appointments tab to view all your completed appointments.

- Launch the Middleman App.
- Navigate to the
Completed Appointments
section. - Here, you will see a list of all completed appointments with users.
Step 2: View Appointment Informationβ
Upon accessing the Completed Appointments list, each completed appointment will display the following key information:

- A clear image or avatar of the professional, allowing you to easily identify the professional who handled the appointment.

- Name: The full name of the professional (e.g.,

). - License Number: The professional's license or certification number (e.g.,

). - Languages Spoken: The languages the professional is fluent in (e.g.,

). - Experience Level: The professional's experience level, which could be Expert, Intermediate, or Beginner.
- Rating & Review Count: An average rating (e.g., 4.7/5) and the total number of reviews the professional has received (e.g.,
