🚀 Step-by-Step Process for Submitting Feedback
Step 1: Access Completed Appointments
- For Users:
- Launch the Middleman App.
- Navigate to the
My Appointments
section. - Tap on the Completed Appointments tab to view all your past appointments.
Step 2: Select the Completed Appointment
- Scroll through the list of completed appointments.
- Find the appointment for which you want to submit feedback.
- Tap on the completed appointment to view its details.
Step 3: Tap the "Submit Feedback" Button
- On the appointment details screen, you will see the Submit Feedback button.
- Tap on this button to begin the feedback submission process.
Step 4: Provide Feedback
- Rating: A pop-up will appear asking you to rate the professional. You can select a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
