This feature allows professionals to request feedback from users regarding the services they provided during completed appointments. Once the request is made, a notification will be sent to the user to prompt them to provide their feedback.

π Step-by-Step Process for Requesting Feedbackβ
Step 1: Access Completed Appointmentsβ
- For Professionals:
- Launch the Middleman App.
- Navigate to the
My Appointments
section. - Tap on the Completed Appointments tab to view all your completed appointments.
Step 2: Select a Completed Appointmentβ
- Scroll through the list of completed appointments.
- Find the appointment where you wish to request feedback from the user.
- Tap on the completed appointment to view its details.
Step 3: Tap the "Request Feedback" Buttonβ
- On the appointment details screen, you will see a Request Feedback button.
- Tap on this button to initiate the feedback request.
- Confirmation: Once the feedback request is sent, a notification will be triggered and sent to the user.
Step 4: User Notificationβ
- The user will receive a notification indicating that the professional has requested feedback about the completed appointment.
- The notification will contain a prompt to leave a rating and review for the professional.
- The user can then tap the notification to leave their feedback.
