  • Accessible for Upcoming Appointments: The View Details button is available for all upcoming appointments, allowing you to see appointment-related details and professional information.
  • Detailed Professional Information: The details of the assigned professional, including their profile, specialization, and experience, are available.
  • Appointment Date & Time: The exact date and time of the appointment are displayed.
  • Special Instructions: If any special instructions were provided when booking, they are shown for reference.
  • Chat Button: The Chat button will also be available here, allowing you to communicate with the professional.

🚀 Step-by-Step Process for Viewing Appointment Details​

Step 1: Access Upcoming Appointments​

  1. For Users:

    • Launch the Middleman App.
    • Navigate to the My Appointments section.
    • Look for the upcoming appointment that you wish to view the details of.

  2. For Professionals:

    • Launch the Middleman App.
    • Navigate to the Upcoming Appointments section.
    • Look for the upcoming appointment with the user whose details you want to view.

Step 2: Tap on "View Details" Button​

  1. Once you have located the upcoming appointment, tap on the View Details button associated with that appointment.
  2. This will open a detailed view of the appointment, providing key information.

Step 3: Review Appointment Information​

The View Details section will display the following:

  • Appointment Information:

    • Date & Time: The exact scheduled date and time of the appointment (e.g., April 3, 2025 - 10:00 AM).
    • Duration: The estimated or fixed duration of the appointment (e.g., 1 hour).
    • Location: If the appointment is in person, the address or venue will be listed. For virtual appointments, a link or platform details will be provided.

  • Professional Details:

    • Name: The name of the professional handling the appointment (e.g., Dr. Sarah Johnson).
    • Specialization: The professional’s area of expertise or specialization (e.g., General Practitioner, Dentist).
    • Professional Profile: A brief description of the professional, including their qualifications and experience.
    • Ratings & Reviews: An average rating and user reviews (if available) for the professional’s services.

  • Special Instructions: Any instructions or notes provided when booking the appointment will be listed for reference (e.g., Please bring your medical records or Arrive 15 minutes early for the check-in process).

  • Chat Button: If the appointment is upcoming, the Chat button will be available, allowing you to communicate directly with the professional. Clicking this button opens the chat window for text-based communication.
