How Appointment Management Works:​

  1. Choose a Service: Once you've selected your professional, you will be shown their available time slots.
  2. Confirm Appointment: After confirming the time slot, you will receive an email and in-app notification with the appointment details.
  3. Cancellation or Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a fee, depending on the professional's policy.
