Consent for Follow-up	Boolean	Accepts only true or false. If true, the user agrees to be contacted.

🚀 How to Submit Feedback

Step 1: Open the Feedback Form

1. Navigate to Profile → Feedback.
2. Select the appropriate feedback type (Praise, Bug Report, or Suggestion).

Step 2: Provide Details

1. Rate your experience from 1 (Worst) to 10 (Best).
2. Describe your feedback clearly.
3. If reporting a bug, describe the steps to reproduce the issue.
4. If providing suggestions, enter details under Suggestions for Improvement.

Step 3: Submit Feedback
